Below the house lies an award winning garden with views over the river Swale and its waterfalls, to the beautiful Cleveland Hills beyond.
Richmond lies at the entry point to magnificent Swaledale...one of the most beautiful, rugged and remote of the Yorkshire dales.

" I cannot think of a better start to any day than taking breakfast like this, in such wonderful surroundings, seated at a well-polished mahogany table, looking through the windows at the amazing view of the garden and the river beyond. A touch of heaven on earth. .. breakfast was the nearest to perfection that we have experienced."
