Casale is located about two and a half hours from Rome and about twenty five minutes from Perugia
airport. It is located on a hill top in the Carpini Valley with spectacular three hundred and sixty degree views. There
is a large living room and kitchen with views in every direction, on the first floor. The bedrooms are on the ground floor...cool in the summer... there are three bedrooms.. one double
en suite...and two twins/doubles with private bathrooms. There is a large
and mature garden. Above and completely private is a salt water swimming pool.(6m x 12m) The surrounding area offers the historic cities of Assisi, Perugia, Urbino, Gubbio, Sansepolcro...with Siena about
an hour and a half away. Ten to fifteen minutes from the house is Umbertide
